Job Description

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience:

  • Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management with 3 years’ of experience or BA in business administration with 1 year experience

Special Skills:

  • Write, modify and edit text using  a Word processing application (Amharic and English typing)
  • Create and format simple spreadsheets
  • Has basic email skills (such as outlook)
  • Has an experience in handling of petty cash
  • Basic skill in using MS-Power point
  • Oversee the execution of such office administration activities as Electricity, Telephone, Janitor and security are carried out properly and adequately
  • Plan & keep records all official Minutes of meeting and share with all concerned employees and mangers
