JOB REQUIREMENT
Education: First Degree in Management or related fields
Experience: 2 years of experience in human resource management
Competency:
- Good knowledge of HRM principles and practices
- Good knowledge of the Labor Law and Company HRM policies and procedures
- Good Knowledge of induction and training programs coordination
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
Basic computer application skills
Place of Work:Head Office
